If you do this for a text document, the print button will show the text on the printer instead of the text shown on your browser screen. The printer in Windows 7 has a special name: — Printer Names and Numbers. I don't think it's available in older versions of Windows. If you get a “Printer not found” error, make sure your printer name is the same you see in Internet Explorer when you print a copy of a web page. If you do not see a printer named the same as Internet Explorer, look in your documents. I don't know if it is fixed in Vista. You can print with Windows 7 by choosing the “Print” option in the printer options. To find a printer that works with Photoshop, you may need to enable “Prints to all printers on the network” by going to the printer control panel and choosing “Enable.
